This morning a Norwich man, William Washington, allegedly smashed several monitors in the self-checkout at Norwich Walmart.
He was arrested on first-degree criminal mischief, sixth-degree larceny and breach of peace.
After speaking to a couple of staff at Walmart, we were informed the customer was impatient, took a hammer and started smashing.

A couple of points...
Yes, it is true that American Rescue Plan funds may very well have been re-allocated for other uses, but they weren't. The objections opposing their reallocation should have been objected to when the City Council was presenting it.
And had I not been in the hospital at the time I would’ve been glad to object it but that’s what happened. Of course, those reallocation should’ve never happened in the first place if we had an ethical committee.

I agree about Norwich not being ADA friendly, just the sidewalks alone are either not wide enough, have a telephone pole in the middle of the sidewalk or better yet have trees hanging over the sidewalk, tall grass and weeds littering the way for individuals.
Agreed. I was working at the elementary schools in Kelly, teaching coding and games and I made this one a couple years ago.
