An employee of Latin Quarters was found shot late last night at the Latin Quarters location near Downtown Nowrich and transported with non life threatening injuries to Backus Hospital. Latin Quarters is located at 80 Broadway in Norwich. Investigation ongoing.

A couple of points...
Yes, it is true that American Rescue Plan funds may very well have been re-allocated for other uses, but they weren't. The objections opposing their reallocation should have been objected to when the City Council was presenting it.
And had I not been in the hospital at the time I would’ve been glad to object it but that’s what happened. Of course, those reallocation should’ve never happened in the first place if we had an ethical committee.

I agree about Norwich not being ADA friendly, just the sidewalks alone are either not wide enough, have a telephone pole in the middle of the sidewalk or better yet have trees hanging over the sidewalk, tall grass and weeds littering the way for individuals.
Agreed. I was working at the elementary schools in Kelly, teaching coding and games and I made this one a couple years ago.
